Hit Me With a Flower was brewed with extra pale pilsner malt and rice sugar. It was hopped lightly in the kettle with NZ Cascade and Wai-iti and dry hopped with more Wai-iti.

Folding Water - Bavarian-Style Helles Lager - 4.8%
On side-pull.

Folding Water is our Bavarian-style helles lager brewed with a blend of pale pilsner malts and hopped in the kettle with Spalt and Saaz. Folding Water was fermented cold with our favorite German lager strain and was spunded for natural carbonation.

The Sun Myth - Czech-Style Pilsner  - 5.0%
Special gravity keg for Spring Fest! Saturday 4/27

The Sun Myth is our little Czech-style pilsner mashed with a blend of Czech floor malted pilsner and German Vienna malt. The Sun Myth was then hopped in the kettle with Czech-grown Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Fermented cold and naturally carbonated with our house lager strain, our little Czech pilsner was then allowed to go through a long cold lagering phase, making it extra crisp.

Sing Swan Song - West Coast Pilsner - 5.2%

Sing Swan Song is our West Coast pilsner brewed with a simple two grain blend of Bohemian floor malted pilsner and flaked wheat. We hopped Sing Swan Song with Strata, Mosaic and Comet in the kettle, then dry hopped it with more Strata and Mosaic. This West Coast pilsner was fermented with our house lager strain and spunded for natural carbonation.

Put it in the Pizza - Dry Hopped Kölsch - 4.8%

Put it in the Pizza is our dry hopped kölsch brewed with German pilsner malt and flaked wheat. We hopped Put it in the Pizza with Saaz, Lórien and Citra in the kettle and fermented it with our house kölsch strain. Put it in the Pizza was then dry hopped with Luminosa and Citra.

Television People - Kölsch Weisse w/Coriander + Lemon - 4.8%

Television People is our refreshing kölsch weisse-style ale infused with coriander and lemon peel. Brewed with German pilsner malt, flaked and malted wheat, and flaked oats, then hopped lightly in the kettle with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Cashmere hops. Television People was fermented cool with our house kölsch strain.

When Shadows Fall - Blended Ale Fermented in Oak:
Hayton Farms Black Raspberry 2023 - 6.4%

When Shadows Fall is a blend of ales fermented in oak. This blend consists of stock brewed in February 2023 and April 2023 and was bottle conditioned with a blend of neutral wine yeast and Brettanomyces.
Barrel #1 – wheat based ale with coriander fermented with a house mixed culture in a red wine barrel. Hopped with aged Hallertau Tradition and Motueka.
Barrel #2 – wheat based lager fermented with Brettanomyces in a Grenache barrel with Sunny Honey blackberry honey. Hopped with aged Hallertau Tradition, Nectaron, Talus and Zappa. Refermented on Hayton Farms black raspberries from the 2023 harvest.

Cold Cold Ground - Extra Pale Ale - 4.5%

Cold Cold Ground is our extra pale ale that was brewed with a blend of German pilsner malt, English pale malt, and a touch of flaked rice. We hopped this pale in the kettle with Simcoe, Citra and Comet, then fermented it cool with our house lager yeast. Cold Cold Ground was dry hopped with lots of Simcoe and Citra.

Such A Scream - Modern Pale Ale - 5.3%

Such A Scream is our modern pale ale brewed with a blend of pilsner malts, flaked wheat and flaked oats. We hopped Such A Scream in the kettle with Strata, Riwaka and Cascade Lupomax, then fermented it cool with our house lager strain. This modern pale ale was dry hopped heavily with more Strata and Citra Lupomax.

Rain Taker - West Coast Pale Ale - 5.6%

Rain Taker is our West Coast pale ale brewed with pale pilsner malt and LINC Malt’s Palouse Heritage Purple Egyptian barley. We hopped Rain Taker with Chinook Lupomax, Amarillo and Pink in the kettle, then dry hopped it with Chinook Lupomax, Comet and Pink. This West Coast pale ale was fermented with our house lager strain.

Bitter Moon - English-Style Four Grain Best Bitter - 4.20%

Bitter Moon is our English-style four grain best bitter ale brewed with English barley, Vienna malt, flaked rye, malted wheat, caramelized oats and crystal malt. Bitter Moon was hopped exclusively with East Kent Golding and was open- fermented with our house pub ale strain.

Trampled Rose - English-Style Nut Brown Ale - 4.1%

Trampled Rose is our English-style nut brown ale brewed with pale English malt and features a rich blend of crystal, pale chocolate and toasted malts. Trampled Rose was hopped in the kettle with East Kent Golding, Sonnet and Talus hops and was then open-fermented with our house pub ale strain.

Sacred Bones - Rhineland-Style Rye Altbier - 5.3%

Sacred Bones is our Rhineland-style rye altbier brewed with a rich blend of German pilsner malt, Munich malts, flaked rye and a touch of roasted malt. Sacred Bones was hopped in the kettle with East Kent Goldings, Spalt, and Saaz, then fermented cool with our favorite German ale strain. Spunded for natural carbonation.

Doomsdayer's Holiday - Dry Stout - 4.20%

Doomsdayer's Holiday is our dry stout brewed with a blend of English barley, pale chocolate malt, roasted malt and flaked barley. Doomsdayer's Holiday was hopped in the kettle with East Kent Goldings and open-fermented with our house pub ale strain.

Talking Teeth is our jittery little stout brewed with coffee and chocolate. Talking Teeth was mashed with a bold blend of English barley, pale chocolate malt, a selection of caramel malts, and Peruvian cacao nibs. This stout was hopped in the kettle with East Kent Golding and Talus and was open-fermented with our favorite English ale strain. This version was brewed in collaboration with our good friend Dennis at Hyacinth Coffee in Seattle and utilized his light roast Nicaraguan and medium roast Honduran + Brazilian blend.
